Curriculum in schools must represent the diverse voices of both educators and learners. The selection of curriculum materials should be an inclusive process, in which contributions made by women and people of color are thoughtfully and deliberately included, for the quality of their contributions, rather than because they fulfill a quota. Leadership

The data are clear: the number of women educational leaders is remarkably low given the high number of women teachers. Voices of women may be absent or marginalized in your leadership structure.
