Faculty and student survey

We will use our proprietary faculty and student measure to give you a robust picture of the areas for improvement in gender disparity in your school or district. We will provide complete analysis of these data for you, including specific, measurable, and actionable feedback from your faculty and students about areas where they see room for development.

From dress code to discipline structures, there are many school policies that can reinforce or weaken gender disparity in schools. We will evaluate your policies and provide feedback on what changes are needed to ensure that your school processes and procedures are treating all members of the school community equitably.


classroom and team observations

Our team will conduct one or more site visits to your school to observe classes and transitions. We will follow up the site visit with a report detailing our observations and actionable recommendations.

Your leadership team can be a force for eliminating gender disparity in all areas of your school. Let us help you do this by working with your leadership team to make sure your leadership language and structures are conducive to supporting equity for all.

We will provide high-quality, practical strategies for improving the culture and climate of your school. We can offer workshops at any level, from small focus groups to whole school or district talks.
